I took a series of photos in February and forgot about them. Last night I finally remembered to look at them, and realized that the color on the wall is pretty close to our latest color.

I took a flower arranging class last night. Our selection of flowers were so lovely, especially the vibrant orange ranunculus.
Moscow has amazing, colorful buildings from the pre-soviet era! This was a fairly easy spot. The problem is more about my photo taking skills. I get so excited with colors (and finding the ones we need), that I try to grab it instead of taking a nice photo. I also hate the idea of touchups / crops and almost never do that, which leaves me with generally ugly photos - or characterful. Whatever - I resolve to take better pictures.
Moscow is turning me into a saree wearer. I feel like I need to represent! And also, I don’t have most of my clothes, cos I left them behind in my rush to escape Delhi. So, I am getting into and used to wearing sarees. Its fun! I am finding some real gems in my mom’s wardrobe. This is what I wore for Republic day on the 26th. The pink stripes were our color !
Last night i went to a J-Rocc and Madlib show. J-Rocc (pictured) is amazing. Super talented and professional artist. I was sadly disappointed in Madlib’s set, but maybe he was just rusty… or really high. Anyways the lighting was close enough to our pink so decided to post it.
I am cheating. I am posting a photo I took when visiting Shriya in India back in November. I can’t believe we missed posting colors that whole 2 weeks that we were both together in the same country.
This photo is of the Blue City in Jodhpur. I know I know, our color is green not blue, but look way back in the building at the end of the street. Do you see the green window and door trim?
I imagined that I saw this shade / color when I was in the art store yesterday (read:heaven), but then noticed it in the windows while driving back from there.
